Nuestro equipo combina una profunda experiencia con investigación social, legal y científica con experiencia en diseño de procesos comerciales, comunicación sociales, de promoción y tecnología en temas como democracia, derechos humanos, derechos constitucionales, regulación del consumidor y derecho de la competencia.

Our Founders
Bibiana Alarcón
Industrial designer from the National University of Colombia, Master of Business Administration with emphasis in technological industries from the University of Nebrija, Master of Innovation from the EAN University. Entrepreneurship and innovation teacher. Recognized advisor on business innovation issues.
Celso Bessa
Formerly a researcher whi Universidad Del Rosario, and Media Democracy Fund fellow at Dejusticia, a human rights defense NGO in Colombia. Web developer with more than 20 years of experience, since 2018 he has been a technical and strategic consultant for research on technology and human rights related topics.

Daniela Prada
Trained Historian, Researcher & Project Manager. M.A. Human Rights & Transitional Justice. Ability to build relationships within a wide range of stakeholders in a variety of social phenomena. Excellent skills in conducting social research from an interdisciplinary perspective (Law, Politics, Anthropology) and in executing empirical research in challenging contexts.
Juan Carlos Roa
An expert lawyer in economic regulation and competition, he has worked in both the public and private sectors, serving in various positions, including as technical secretary of Andean Community Competition Committee and investigator (case holder) in sensitive cases at the competition agencies. He has been a researcher and consultant in private and administrative law, in topics as technology, agriculture, and post-conflict disarmament, demobilization and reintegration
